Adopt A Girl

Helping Girls In Sports, One Girl At A Time

An outreach initiative which targets underprivileged female student athletes in St.Lucia. They are nominated via a nomination form and screened. Once they are selected they receive toiletries, school supplies and sports equipment.

Beyond The Uniform

A Sports Equipment Drive

Beyond The Uniform was launched after we realised that most athletes and teams on island do not own the necessary sports equipment to excel in their sport. We hope that with this program alongside our other programs such as Adopt A Girl that we will be able to make a positive contribution towards sports in Saint Lucia and the wider Caribbean.

Get Girls Playing

The ‘Get Girls Playing Program’ is geared at increasing female participation in sports. The main aim of the project is to get more women and girls to play, become officials, coaches, and administrators.

Trailblazing Titan Award

Titans of Today, Heroes of Tomorrow

The award is given to someone who is equally eligible for the Sportswoman of the Year award but due to certain limitations could not be the primary recipient. That individual should embody not only athletic excellence but also leadership, sportsmanship, and positive influence within the school community.

A Youtube series featuring Caribbean women and girls in sports as they share their experiences in the hope of debunking myths in their sport or career.

Caribbean women and girls who are involved in sports in any capacity are interviewed and featured on our social media platforms and website.

Collaborations with Sport Associations

Creating Positive Partnerships

The success of the organization is dependent on the partnerships it forms. In 2020 we collaborated with The Choiseul Smash T20 Series to host the 2020 Choiseul Smash Women's T20 Series. We also facilitate development workshops and allow our members to serve in various sports association women's committees.
